Based in Australia since 1979, Carmelo has built a firm known for its integrity, professionalism, and quality, witnessing remarkable growth over the decades. With a career spanning over 50 years, Carmelo has directed and developed an impressive portfolio of films, documentaries, and drama programs, many of which have been broadcast on prime television networks across the globe.
Carmelo brings a wealth of interpersonal and leadership experience to Globally Skilled, enriching the team with his deep understanding of effective application of these skills in multiple industries and cultures across the globe.
Bhushan Khairnar
Former Vice President at Deutsche Bank
Bhushan brings over 24 years of global corporate experience across Engineering, IT, Banking and financial services. He worked with several multinational organizations across diverse roles and cultures. An Engineer by training, MBA from a premier institute and a certified finance professional.
In 2022, Bhushan stepped down from his corporate role to pursue his passion for teaching, training and upskilling. Today, Bhushan is one of the Director's at Globally Skilled. Additionally, he runs an investment services firm and serves as a faculty at a prestigious IIT-JEE coaching institute, continuing his mission to empower and educate.
Kristin Haefner
Population Health Strategist - Facilitator of Sustainable Change
Kristin brings a diverse and well-rounded portfolio of international experience in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation across Africa, Europe, and Australia. With a foundation in public health, she has guided businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa on HIV/AIDS prevention and workplace wellness, advised the German government on population dynamics and reproductive health policy, and led mental health and wellbeing initiatives in Australia.
Driven by a deep commitment to community-centered impact, Kristin excels at designing and delivering programs that are culturally responsive, inclusive, and sustainable. Her approach blends strategic insight with empathetic facilitation—empowering individuals and teams to co-create meaningful change.
